The overall improvement with our son is amazing! Our son has speech issues, had little imagination, emotional issues and had alot of trouble with verbal communication. Throughout this whole program we have notices significant changes in him. He makes his toys talk! He can play with other kids and they want to play games with him now, too! He can talk clealy and answer more “How” and “Why” questions. He still is a little emotional but the difference between before this treatment and now is very great! We can calm him down in less than half the time. With all the changes in him, the best way to describe it would be to say that he has really grown into himself and behaves more like any other child his age than ever before. We as a family have finally made it through the storm and are now making it in the calm. Thank you to the staff – you all are an amazing help & group of people!

Kasam is overall a much calmer, happier and stable child. He is starting to be more “connected” to others an slowly come out of his “own world.” Kasam no longer tap objects, licks objects, or mouths objects. His tolerance to change is improving. Kasam is starting to understand the toilet training process and will be leaving pull-ups behind soon. He is much calmer and focused and is able to attend longer to his school work.

We had a great experience with the Sensory Learning program. The staff was wonderful and we noticed great changes in our son from day one. His disposition, behavior and compliance improved right away. After 30 days his fine motor skills were described by his teacher as “awesome.” Before the program, fine motor skills were an area of weakness. His speech has also improved and he is almost at an age appropriate level. We are at 60 days and every day we see positive changes. Thank you very much!

Almost from the 1st day I noticed Brittany more interested in a real conversation and really looking at the person talking and responding to conversation. She seems to be more focused on school work. Also Brittany’s Girl Scout leader that only sees her twice a month said Brittany seems to be interacting more with the other girls and participating in the activities instead of standing off to the sidelines by herself. the troop leader didn’t know Brittany was going through the program. She also seems to be laughing a little bit more and trying to joke around. Although she is still struggling with school it doesn’t seem to be as hard for her.

My daughter really enjoyed the Sensory Learning Program and the staff was wonderful. We have seen some improvements in her tactile defensiveness and have had less melt downs over small things that bother her. We hope that as more time passes we will see further improvement with her attention and distractabililty. Hopefully this program will help her in the future with her reading comprehension. Looking forward to seeing any new changes that will benefit her as she grows from participating in the program.

While it is hard to pinpoint any one thing and say “That is a result of the Sensory Learning Program” we do have a sense that good changes have begun due to the therapy. We see an overall more cheerful and relaxed daughter. We see less time being required to complete homework and improvement in being able to complete writing assignments. We also see much better proportions in drawings. We will continue to look for improvements but are happy with the beginnings of progress that we see now.

I believe that the program was helpful for my son in the areas of attention, fine motor skills, gross motor skill and maintaining eye contact when he is spoken to. Everyone involved in the Sensory Learning program was wonderful and my son really enjoyed seeing everyone during his sessions.
